2. Order & Payment

• All orders require a **50% deposit** before production begins.
• Full payment is required before delivery or installation of signage.
• We accept payments via **Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, and bank transfers**.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Orders canceled before production starts are eligible for a **full refund minus transaction fees**.
• Once production has started, refunds are not available.
• Custom signs are **non-refundable** unless defective or incorrect due to our error.

4. Installation & Liability

• Clients must ensure that installation sites are **ready and accessible** on the scheduled date.
• Golden Fox Sign is **not responsible** for any structural damage caused by improper mounting locations.
• Customers are responsible for obtaining necessary **permits** for signage installation.

5. Warranty & Repairs

We offer a **one-year warranty** on all signs against manufacturing defects. This does not cover damage from weather conditions, accidents, vandalism, or improper handling.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing **accurate artwork, dimensions, and specifications**. Any changes after production starts may result in additional costs.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs and sign layouts created by Golden Fox Sign remain our **intellectual property** unless agreed otherwise in writing. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Golden Fox Sign is **not liable** for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from delays, installation issues, or product failures beyond our control.

9. Privacy & Data Protection
